Cancellation Policy
Please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment time if you need to cancel your appointment or rebook any service scheduled.
Appointments canceled without at least 48 hours’ notice will result in being charged full price for your service.
No shows will also be charged the full amount and may be required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment.
I understand that sometimes unexpected delays happen. In emergencies, I do allow a 15-minute window for you to arrive without incurring cancellation fees. If this happens, I respectfully request that you contact me via phone or text messages as soon as possible.
A client with repeated late arrivals will be asked to pay 50% of the booking fee and be required to schedule a new appointment at another time.
Multiple missed appointments will result in a client being required to pay for the entire service in advance via credit card to guarantee the booking. Thank you for your understanding.
